merge: fix/source-unit-resolver-race → main(跨宿主串味根治 + 关系边不再静默丢)

冲突解法:两处 ensurePatientStub 之后的 stats.patientStubsCreated++ 保 main 侧 ——
那是 host-id-format-defense 加的空壳计数(回执要透出空壳患者数,否则宿主看不出
自己推早了);本分支只是没有这行,不是要删它。
