。两个全口子场景两边跑的是

它们的 ×1.07 与 ×2.20 就是纯缓存噪音的量级 —— 噪音跨度比要测的信号还大。
这一列只用来看「有没有离谱地变慢」。收益看步 3 的 C vs D。

≤3000 行的四条(extraction ×0.96 / gum ×0.79 / jaw_cyst ×0.77,

结果集太小就摊不掉。绝对值都在 2 秒以内,对总墙钟无影响,不值得为它加"按规模切形态"的分叉
