- 年龄分档对齐业务口径:child ageMax 13→12,adult ageMin 18→13(≥13/未知=成人模板),
  跟 script-facts.resolveAgeBranch(≤12童/≥13成人)一致

typecheck 0 + build 通过 + registry 正常加载。
待续:teen/elder SKILL.md 旧结构增量微调(低优先,base-system 已主导)、页面 4 段、live 验证。
